Private School Shuttle Registration

•The shuttle service is a 10-month service from September to June, and we request that payments be made in advance before the 2nd day of each month.

•All 10 months' payments are required, regardless of whether or not your child is using the shuttle service due to missing school or any holidays/vacations/breaks (Winter/Spring).

★10% EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: We are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the listed amounts if you pay for the full 10 months in advance before September 2025. This is the only discount offer we have now.

•You can calculate your monthly cost below by selecting the commute distance from your home to school.

•Please cooperate with the drivers regarding pick-up and drop-off times, locations, and your kind understanding is expected subject to weather conditions.

•24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly request that you inform the driver at least one day (24 hours) in advance if the student is unable to attend school or getting picked up by any alternative means.

•Respectful behaviour is expected towards each other as we all belong to the Muslim community.

•Misconduct or property damage may cause suspension from the shuttle service, fines and an incident report will be sent to the school office.

!Students must be ready in the morning before the bus arrives. Bus will not be able to wait for anyone who is not ready upon arrival. Delays for one child can cause a ripple effect, resulting in late arrival for all students on the route. If the student is not ready or unable to take the bus, please inform the school or transportation provider in advance. In such cases, it will be the parent/guardian's responsibility to arrange alternate transportation for their child that morning.

•Minimum cleaning fee is $150, which may vary in situations (spilling food/drink, vomiting, etc.).

•Please note that special child accommodations are not available, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

•Schedule will be available before school starts in September 2025 and it may change later on to establish a better route plan.
